The Colony at Winter Park is located near the Meadow Ridge Condos in Fraser, which is about five miles west of Winter Park, Colorado. There is free shuttle bus service throughout the area at 20 to 30 minute intervals during ski season and less frequent in the summerThe condo is close to everything including restaurants, and most important a Safeway grocery store. The condo is very well kept, has a great gazebo with an outdoor grill, and a balcony for the views. surrounded by beautiful tall pines. Very clean and nicely decorated. Not over done. Very warm and cozy. There are two bedrooms, the master with a king bed and an on suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. There is a new sleeper sofa in the livingroom.
