Our loft-style single family house is located on 1 acre with amazing picture window views of the Gore Range, a cool, flowing creek outside the front door, and a roof-top deck that is sublime.
Sleeps up to 6. Includes 3 beds (one private king and one private queen bedroom), and 2 full baths. The third full-size bed is located in the open loft/den overlooking Cooper Creek. Walk 500 steps to private gold-medal fishing on the Blue River, and to North Pond Park. There's also the Summit Stage bus stop to take you wherever you need to go.
Fully equipped kitchen, free wireless internet access, a library of books and DVDs, and a well-maintained hot tub right out the front door. Take the spiral stairs up to the roof-top deck and enjoy watching the sunset over the Gore Range, and count the stars at night. Inside, there's a turntable for you to play some records too.
Our vacation home in (aka Cooper Creek Inn) in Silverthorne, CO is near all the top ski resorts. 15 minutes to Keystone, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, 30 minutes to Vail, 45 minutes to Beaver Creek and 1.5 hours to Steamboat. For all of you wine lovers, Palisade (Colorado's Wine Country) is just 2.5 hours away. Less than 1/4 mile away from the house are the Gold Medal fishing waters of the Blue River. The Outlets of Silverthorne is approx. 2 miles away...there you will find shops including Lucky Brand, Nike, Ralph Lauren, Go Lite, Columbia, Gap, Banana Republic, JCrew, Le Creuset, Ann Taylor, Chicos and much more!

Cancellation: We kindly request 14 days notice prior to your check-in date. Cancellations within that time will forfeit 50% of total nights stay.
Check-out Time: Check-out is at 11AM. There will be a $30 pass-along fee to the cleaning company if guests have not vacated by that time, requiring the cleaning company to return at a later time that day.
Cleaning fee of $125 for all stays will be added.
Payments made by Credit Card will incur an add'l 2.5% fee (this is a 100% passalong fee charged to us by VRBO's payment system.) Payment by e-check is PREFERRED as VRBO does NOT charge a processing fee.
