The Mountainside is a ski in/ski out complex** at Granby Ranch. #67 is conveniently located between both lift areas for easy access and overlooks both the base camp as well as the beautiful valley. Our updated, nearly 1,200 sq foot condo sleeps up to 8 with plenty of room for the whole family. The Master bedroom with private bath has a Queen bed. The loft bedroom has 2 extra-long full beds and also a full private bathroom. There is a bathroom off the living area and two pull-out sofas (1 Queen/Full and 1 Full/Twin). A full-size private hot tub is accessible from the living area and the Master bedroom. There is a flat screen TV and DVR player in the living room and each bedroom with direct TV provided. Free wireless internet access is provided*.
A full size washer and dryer have been added in the loft bathroom and the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and dishware and glasses. And of course all linens are provided. The expansive sectional sofa in the living area provides plenty of seating space for everyone to relax and visit.
Granby Ranch Ski Basin is adjacent to The Mountainside offering ski in/ski out convenience. For more terrain and more difficult runs, Winter Park Ski Resort is only about a 20 minute drive away. Cross-country (Nordic) skiing and snowshoeing trails are available at Granby Ranch and also near-by at Snow Mountain Ranch (YMCA of the Rockies), Devil's Thumb Ranch and Grand Lake Nordic Center. Other winter activities nearby include sleigh rides, sledding, snowmobiling
Granby Ranch is conveniently located in the heart of wide-open Grand County. Rocky Mountain National Park (viewable from the deck) and Grand Lake are 15 minutes away as is Winter Park. Soak in Hot Sulphur Springs only 20 minutes away.
In the summer, golf at any of four nearby course. There is also biking (including the bike course at Granby Ranch), rafting, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, boating or take in a musical at Rocky Mountain Rep.
Fall is a wonderful time to be at The Mountainside with changing trees and perfect weather.

**The Mountainside is considered a "ski in/ski out" property. However you should be aware no individual condo can be skied directly to or from. Access to all condos requires at least one set of stairs, and access to all lifts requires some walking.

Holiday periods have minimum stay requirements over the standard minimum night. Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and Thanksgiving have a 3 night minimum rather than 2 nights.
No refund on reservations canceled less than 60 days in advance of arrival date. Cancelations received between booking and 60 days prior to arrival date receive a refund less the greater of 5% of rental fee amount, or $50.
Monthly stays, when available, require $1,000 security deposit.
Our cleaning fee includes Hot Tub Cleaning and therefore may be higher than units without this amenity.
NO SUB-LETTING OR RE-RENTING ALLOWED. IF YOU ARE RESERVING FOR OTHERS THAT WILL ACTUALLY OCCUPY OUR HOME YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE THIS UPON BOOKING AND PROVIDE NAMES OF THE PLANNED ADULT OCCUPANTS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND.
