The lower level (about 1200 sq. ft.) is a lock-off unit with an open living room, master bedroom, full bathroom and kitchen. The living room has a sunroof ceiling that keeps it bright and comfortable. A Murphy bed in the kitchen provides a second sleeping area that can be separated from the living room by a sliding wall. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a desk and private door into the bathroom.

The upper level (about 250 sq. ft.) has a shared living room with a half-bathroom. It has a desk that faces the street, so it provides an interesting work space with a view of the everyday bustle on 15th Street. The upper level also has the owner's private area.
