Located in the heart of the Historical District of downtown Crested Butte, this spacious, luxurious, recently remodeled historical home offers it all.
The town banker originally built this historic 1880’s home; it was artistically remodeled in 2004, maintaining its original historical feel. The windows, door frames, and dining room table were all milled from the house’s hundred-year-old beams and trusses. The Gordon Luxury Vacation home won the Coveted Honorable Mention Award in the Residential Remodel Category of Crested Butte’s Local Architecture Board.
The big, state of the art kitchen is open to the dining table, and offers a phenomenal space to cook and socialize. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and all the cookware need to make your favorite meal. The dining room table seats up to eight people with additional seats at the center island/ bar.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms: The master bedroom with a king size bed, and the second master bedroom has a four-poster queen size bed with a sleep number mattress. The upstairs/ master bathroom has a spacious shower with custom tile work and a separate oversized soaking jacuzzi tub. At the end of the upstairs hallway is access to the second floor deck. The third bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen size bed. The downstairs bathroom is bright and sunny; it includes a spacious and beautifully tiled shower.
There is a large living room and a separate den. Both rooms have LCD flat screen televisions, DVD players, and are connected to Direct TV. There is house wide WiFi. The kitchen, living room, and master bathroom are plugged into the house audio system with individual volume controls (Bose and Klipsch speakers).
Enjoy the new eight-person hot tub with a view of Mount Crested Butte. The spacious yard has mature trees, beautiful flower gardens, and a large flagstone patio with teak furniture and a Weber gas grill. There are two off street over sized parking spaces located in the alley.

Additional information about rental rates
There is a $1,000.00 damage deposit due 7 days prior to check in, and it is returned within 10 days of check out assuming there is no damage done to the property. The rental contract also ask for a credit card as an additional damage deposit. The credit card would only be used if there was damage done to the property that exceeds the $1,000.00 damage deposit. Payments need to by made by check.
